Blue Top Hatinator

One of my group of fun top hat hatinators. These hats sit on top of the head rather than fitting over the head and are smaller than a full size top hat would be. This piece has a base of dark blue sinamay covered with leaf patterned natural coloured sinamay. It is trimmed with blue crin and feathers with a metal dragonfly charm. The hat is lined with silk and has elastic to secure the hat in place.
